摘要
天津港南疆某围埝工程中,下部软黏土较厚,采用了塑料排水板加固地基,在加固后的地基上成功地使用了水泥固化土模袋施工工艺。文章结合该工程进行了排水板加固软土地基的变形及孔隙水压力研究,把轴对称问题转换为平面应变问题进行分析,通过等效变换,将排水板变换为连续的排水墙;同时考虑了模袋的加筋作用以及提高固化土强度的作用,采用土体的硬化模型模拟地基土体的固结过程。文中将计算结果与工程的实际监测数据进行对比,数据吻合较好,说明该理论模型能够较好地模拟工程施工过程中排水板加固软土地基的变形及孔隙水压力变化规律,对类似工程设计施工具有一定的指导意义。
In a cofferdam project of Tianjin Harbor, the plastic drain plates were adopted to reinforce thick soft clay foundation. Afterwards on the reinforced foundation, the construction technique of geobags filled with cement solidifying clay was successfully applied. Associated with the project, the investigation on foundation deformation and pore water pressure in reinforcing clay with drain plates was carried out. For analysis, the axial symmetric problem was converted to a planar strain problem, and drain plates were equivalently transformed to a continuous drain wall, in addition, the enforcing action and increasing solidified soil strength effect of geobag were taken into account, the soil hardening model was applied to simulate the solidifying process of foundation soil. The calculational results were compared with tested data and found in good accordance.
