摘要
本文从知识管理的角度看待供应链管理过程,运用SECI模型中的社会化、外化、结合、内化四个步骤详细分析了知识在供应链中的转化过程,在对供应链中的知识管理特点进行分析之后,又提出了在供应链上进行知识管理时应注意的问题,指出人才是知识管理的核心。
This article analyzes the administrant progress of supply chain from the point of view of knowledge management. The author expounds the progress of knowledge transforming in supply chain following four steps, i. e socialization, externalization, combination, internalization in the SECI model. Besides the characteristic of knowledge management, the measures to avoid the underlying problem of knowledge management in supply chain are put forward and discussed. The talent should be the mainstay of knowledge management.
