辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症56例临床观察

摘要 目的观察辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法选择56例总胆固醇(TC)≥6.5mmol/L或甘油三酯(TG)≥1.7mmol/L或高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)≤1.30mmol/L患者,给予辛伐他汀20mg,每天1次,晚间顿服,于用药8周后分别测定血脂四项、血常规、肝肾功能、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)等。结果治疗前后血脂有显著变化,改善血TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的总有效率分别为89.29%、83.93%、91.07%、66.07%,未发现明显不良反应。结论辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症效果显著,副作用小,对预防心血管疾病有实际意义。
