陈学昭的代表作《工作着是美丽的》是中国现代文学史上塑造跨越新旧两个时代的中国知识女性的典范,对进步男性人性中残留旧毒的批判,对女性友谊认识中的超前意识及其自我批判,构筑起了她文学创作和对社会认识的思想高度。世界妇女文学可望在这里找到佐证。《工作着是美丽的》下卷中的故事隐喻与叙事策略,于今重谈,会开启我们对历史思考的新途径。
Chen Xuezhao＇ s magnum opus Working Is Beautiful is a representative in China＇ s contemporary literature, which creates a Chinese intellectual female image who spans the old and new times. The criticism on the progressive males＇ remnant feudalism thoughts and the pre - consciousness of female friendship construct her thinking level in literature production and social understanding. She could be a representative of the world women literature. The metaphor of the stories and strategies of narrating in the second volume of Working Is Beautiful give us inspirations when reflecting history.
