摘要
作者报道了影响体外培养阴道毛滴虫的重要因素是ｐＨ５．２～５．４，培养温度３６．５±０．５℃，培养基用前须加抗菌素和小牛血清。
ln this paper,important influential factors in culturing Trichomonas vaginalis in culturing Trichomonas vaginalis in vitrowere researched.The resuIt showed that pH 5.2一5. 4 and culturing temperature 36.5+0.5℃ werenecessary.The antibiotics and the calf fetal serum should be added in CPLM culturing Trichomonasvaginalis in vitro before use。The position collecting the parasites in culture should be mastered in incu-bation of the protozoa according to the surviving Trichomonas vaginalis amount.
