摘要
压电传感器是依据压电元件的质量敏感性质,结合生物免疫识别特性设计出的一种能自动分析的检测传感器,具有高特异性、高灵敏度、响应快、小型简便等特点。文章阐述了利用石英晶体产生体波厚度剪切振动模式,分析了由双通道系统进行频率变化测定的方法。
Piezoimmunosensor utilizes the mass-sensing characteristics of the piezoelectric material connected to the biological immunosensing element, and will become a kind of automatic ana.lytical sens'ors. Piezoimmunosensor can provide properties of high specificity, sensitivity, rapid response,minitype and simplicity. This paper describes a quartz crystal that is used to produce bulk wave oscillating in the thickness-shear mode, utilizing the dual-channel to detect the frequency shift.
