摘要
对护理人力资源不足的原因做了分析:医疗护理学科的发展造成护士相对不足;编制比例失调与休假增多造成护士绝对不足。并对护理人力资源管理方式提出见解:建立精神激励系统;建立合理管理系统,建立深层监控系统;建立有效工作系统。合理用人、有效用人,通过对护理人员的科学管理,调动护理队伍的内在力量,以缓解人力资源紧张的问题。
An analysis is made on the causes of the nursing personnel shortage.The development of nursing and medical branches makes the shortage relative.The ttisproportional sizes among the depart- ments of a medical unit and the lengthening of official leave makes the shortage absolute.Views are pre- sented on improving the administration of nursing personnel:a spiritual incentive system should be es- tablished;a rational administrative body framed;an advanced monitoring network built;and an effective operation mechanism constructed.The nursing personnel should be put to good use.The shortage prob- lem of nursing personnel should be solved through a scientific administration and moral boosting of the nursing contingent.
