摘要
农村剩余劳动力的转移问题对建设我国社会主义新农村具有重要的影响。国外转移农村剩余劳动力的成功经验给我们的启示是:市场和政府是农村剩余劳动力转移的两股力量,特别在“赶超型国家”中,政府力量尤显重要。我国政府可从5方面推动农村剩余劳动力的顺利转移。
Rural surplus labor migration in China has great impact on our current strategy of building a new socialist countryside. Enlightenments can be gained from the successful models and experience of foreign countries： market and government are two forces in rural surplus labor migration, especially in the ＂catching-up countries＂, government plays a more important role. Our government can drive the smooth rural surplus labor migration from five aspects.
