摘要
对97例血清TSH-IRMA升高的病例作了回顾分析,对各种病因引起甲状腺机能减低病例作了分组比较,并对非甲状腺疾病TSH升高的特点作了初步探讨,提示TSH-IRMA升高是甲状腺机能减低的一项重要诊断指标。TSH-IRMA升高在评价多种非甲状腺疾病时的临床意义尚有待观察。
A retrospective study of 97 cases with elevated serum TSH-IRMA was reported. The levels of TSH-IRMA in the patients with various causes of hypothyroidism were campared,and the non-thyroid diseases with elevated serum TSH were analysed. The results prompted that elevation of serum TSH-IRMA was an important index in the diognosis of hypothyridism. The clinical signficance of serum TSH-IRMA for non-thyroid diseases would further be studied.
