摘要
安全管理是矿山企业管理的重中之重。文中结合当前我国矿业企业安全生产管理形势,分析了我国矿业企业安全管理优势与机遇、劣势与威胁,阐述了如何从系统角度构建一个面向矿山企业长效安全管理需要的新型安全管理系统。
Safety management is vitally important in the management of a mining enterprise. The paper. Combining the management situations of safety operation in mining enterprises in China, the paper analyses the advantages and opportunities, as well as disadvantages and challenges facing the mining enterprises in China, and describes how to construct a new safety management system which focuses in meeting the needs of a sustainable safety management of a mining enterprise.
