N-辛基琥珀酸酰胺磺酸钠的合成与性能

摘要 考察了N-辛基琥珀酸酰胺磺酸钠的合成工艺条件,得到较佳工艺条件:n(辛胺)∶n(顺酐)=1.00∶1.05,于80℃下酰胺化反应70 min。n(亚硫酸钠)∶n(顺酐)=1.05∶1.00,于70℃下磺化反应3 h。测得产物的表面张力、临界胶束浓度、乳化力、渗透力、钙皂分散力、去污力分别为31.9 mN/m、4.42×10-3mol/L、0.73 min、1.34 min、20%和99.0%,并测试了其在洗毛中的应用性能。与十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠进行性能对比,表明此产品表面张力低,临界胶束浓度小,去污力强,白度和松散度好。 Disodittm N- octylmonoamido sulfosuccinate was synthesized. The optimum conditions were as follows:amidation at 80 ℃ for 70 rain with 1.00: 1.05 mole ratio between N - octyl amine and maleic anhydride; sulfonation at 70℃ for 3 h with 1.00:1.05 mole ratio between maleic anhydride and sodium sulfite. Surface activities were tested as 31.9 mN/m, critical micelle concentration (cmc) is 4.42 × 10^-3 mol/L, emulsifying power is 0.73 min, permeability is 1.34 min, lime soap dispersing power is 20 %, detergency is 99.0 %. Wool washing test was carried out and the results were compared with the traditional surfactants ABS and K12. It showed that this product has a lower surface tension and cmc while a higher detergency. The wool after washing with this product has a better whiteness and softness.
