摘要
蝴蝶兰实生苗的工厂化繁殖,可先以目标单株为亲本进行杂交或自交,获得蒴果。取生长120d的蒴果,播种于MS+BA1+NAA0.1+AC2的培养基中,于(24±2)℃,1000-1200Lx,12h/d光照条件下培养,70d左右可出苗,出苗率达100%。在此条件下.继续转接培养.240d后可长成适宜移栽出瓶的小苗。
The capsules can be obtained from hybridization between the target plants or self cross of the target plant for the industrialization propagation of seedling plants of Phalaenopsis. The capsules with 120 d of age are cultured on MS medium with 1mg/L BA+0. 1mg/L NAA+2.0 mg/L AC at 12 h/d of light with 1000-1200 Lx and (24±2) ℃ of temperature, The seedlings can be obtained from the cultured capsules after 70 d culture and the seedling rate is up to 100 %. The young seedlings for transplanting in field can be got when the seedlings from the cultured capsules are re-cultured about 240 d under the same culture condition.
