摘要 目的探讨盐酸吡格列酮干预治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择45例T2DM与40例正常人(NC),分别测各组血浆内皮素(ET)、超敏C反应蛋白(HsCRP)、尿白蛋白肌酐比(ACR)以及其他有关项目。并对45例T2DM加用盐酸吡格列酮干预治疗12周。结果与NC相比,T2DM组ET、HsCRP、ACR均显著升高(P<0.01)。T2DM组治疗后ET、HsCRP、ACR明显下降,胰岛素敏感性增加(P<0.05 ̄0.01)。结论盐酸吡格列酮对T2DM血管内皮功能具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effects of piogliazone hydrochloride on vascular endothelial function in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Forty five type 2 diabetic patients and forty normal control subjects(NC) were involved in this study.Plasma endothelian(ET), High sensitivity C reactive protein(HsCRP), Urinary albumin - to - creatintine ratio(ACR) and other items were measured in the each of the eligible subjects.Forty five type 2 diabetic patients were given the piogliazone hydrochloride for twelve weeks. Results Compared with NC,increased ET, HsCRP and ACR concentration at baseline in type 2 diabetic patients(P〈0.01). After twelve weeks treatment with piogliazone hydrochloride,their ACR decreased from (83±12)mg/g to (36±15)mg/g (P〈0.01).The levels of ET and HsCRP were significant decreased [ET:(92.7±8.5)pg/mL vs (64.3±8.0)pg/mL, P〈0.01;HsCRP:(6.9±1.9)mg/L vs (4.7±2.0)mg/L, P〈0.05]; meanwhile,HOMA-IR was decreased from (4.9±1.0) to (3.6±1.2) (P〈0.05). Conclusion Piogliazone hydrochloride can improve endothelial dysfunction in type 2 diabetic patients,have protective effects on vascular endothelium.
