摘要
目的观察复方樟柳碱联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗眼部缺血性病变的临床效果。方法应用复方樟柳碱2ml注射液自患眼颞浅动脉旁皮下注射或球旁注射,每日1次,14d为一个疗程,治疗2疗程。疗程中配合口服复方血栓通胶囊,每日3次,每次3片。结果应用复方樟柳碱联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗眼部缺血性病变,视力和视野总有效率分别为86.1%和88.9%,眼底改变恢复正常。结论复方樟柳碱联合复方血栓胶囊是治疗眼部缺血性病变的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the effects of compound anisoine combined with Fufang Xieshuantong capsule in treatment for ocular ischemic diseases. Methods Compound anisodine 2ml was injected subcutaneously around superficial temporal artery or periglomerulaly to the patients once a day. 14 days was a coure of treatment.2 coures was used. At the same time, all the patients took Fufang Xieshuangtong capsule, 3 times a days.3 capsules each time. Results After compound anisoine combined with Fufang Xieshuantong capsule in treatment for ocular ischemic diseases. The total effectve rates of acuity of vision and field of vsion were 86.1% and 88.9% respectively. The fundus of eye became normal. Conclusion Compound anisoine combined with Fufang Xieshuantong capsule in treatment for ocular ischemic diseases is a effective treatment.
