摘要
经济激励与调控是促进清洁生产技术选择的重要手段之一,为此分析使其有效发挥作用的策略与条件.在建立清洁生产技术和非清洁生产技术对应产量之间博弈模型的基础上,分析政府经济激励和惩罚措施对生产技术选择的影响,并考察了两种生产技术的产品之间存在竞争与否的三种情况,给出了政府促进清洁生产技术选择的经济调控策略.研究成果可以为有效制定促进清洁生产技术发展的经济调控策略提供有价值的决策参考.
Government＇s incentive and penalty measure is one of the most important means for promoting the selection of clean production technology, so the strategy and condition under which the measure can come into effect are analyzed. On the basis of establishing the game model of describing the relationship between the production amounts provided by the clean production technology and unclean production technology, the influences of the government＇s incentive and penalty measure on the selection of production technologies are studied, and the model and strategy for the government to control the economy are presented, where three situations were considered corresponding to whether the production amounts of the two technologies were competitive or not. It is tested that the results obtained are useful for the establishment of the economic governance strategy which is beneficial to the development of clean production technology.
