摘要
中小企业信用担保机构对提高中小企业信用水平,解决其融资问题具有重要作用。但我国目前中小企业信用担保体系还存在许多问题。本文主要从总体结构、制度设计、监督体系、信用环境以及担保机构自身等,几个方面进行了分析,并针对这些问题提出了完善中小企业信用担保体系的建议。
The credit assurance organizations play an important role in enhancing their credit level and in resolving the problems of drawing found. However, the credit assurance organizations have confronted with many problems. This paper emphasize on analyzing the factors such as the whole structure, designing of system, supervision system, the system of social integrity, credit guarantee institutions, and at the same time it suggests some ways to deal with them.
