摘要
介绍了液体低碱无氯早强防冻剂的基本组分、作用机理及其相互作用效果,解决了液体防冻剂在低温下结晶或沉淀的问题,验证了防冻剂中添加引气成分无明显效果,该早强防冻剂只需掺加约1%(折算成固体)就可实现在-15℃以内进行混凝土连续施工。
The components of the liquid early strength antifreeze with low alkali out of chloride, mechanism and effect are introduced in the article. The problem which liquid antifreeze will take on crystal and precipitation in low temperature is resolved in the article. The article validates that the effect of element importing gas added in the antifreeze is not evident. Concrete can be continuously constructed at - 15℃ if only 1% (converted into solid)early strength antifreeze is added in the concrete.
