摘要
为研究高强高掺量钢纤维混凝土的动力学性能,本文首先配制了抗压强度等级分别为50MPa和90MPa的高强高掺量钢纤维混凝土,然后采用变截面大尺寸分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)对其进行了中应变率下的动力试验研究,试验结果表明:高强高掺量钢纤维混凝土是应变率敏感材料,其应变率敏感阈值随其静压强度的增加而提高,动压强度提高系数在1.6 ̄2.2之间,动压破坏的峰值应变与静压破坏应变大致相等,应变率在17/s ̄90/s范围内时,动压弹模对应变率不敏感。
To study the dynamic mechanical properties of high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) with high fiber volume, two kinds of high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete in 50MPa and 90MPa strength level are prepared firstly, then are tested by split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). The test result shows that the SFRC is a kind of strain ratio sensitive material, the sensitive threshold value of strain-rate rises with the rise of the static compressive strength of SFRC, the dynamic compressive strength coefficient of SFRC is within 1.6 and 2.2, the strain of peak dynamic stress is nearly same as that of peak static stress when the test specimen are damaged, the dynamic compressive elastic modulus is not sensitive to the strain-rate within 17/s and 90/s.
