铸造方式对纯钛铸件表面性状及流铸率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本研究通过改变石英粒度和调整磷酸盐结合剂的成份配制三种铸钛用实验包埋料,观察铸造方式及铸造温度对纯钛铸件表面性状及流铸率的影晌。实验结果证明加压铸造和300℃铸造的铸件表面粗度明显高于离心铸造。室温铸造时两种铸造方式的铸件表面硬度明显低于300℃铸造的结果。离心铸造时石英粒度大的包埋料的铸件表面硬度明显降低。铸件断面SEM照片和硅元素分析,包埋料与溶钛的反应和铸件表面固溶层厚度室温铸造低于300℃铸造;高心铸造方式低于加压铸造方式。粗细石英对等的包埋料以室温铸造和离心铸造方式与溶钛的反应最小。采用该实验包埋料,室温铸造时离心铸造方式的流铸率明显高于加压铸造方式,同时各差数也比较小。 The adequate particle size distribution of quartz and the adequate csaing conditions were determined. The mold temperatures were 300癈 and 20癈,and the casting was conducted with the above mentioned pressure casting machine and an argon-arc melting and centrifugal casting machine. Hardnes of cross ?section and surface roughness of cast plates were measured, and the surface cross-section was observed by SEM. In the casting condition of a mold temperature of 20癈 and a centrifugal casting method, cast plates into investment mold of the weight ratio of rough and fine quartz of 40/40 had the lowest surface hardness and roughness, and the thinner layer of a -case phase. Cast plates by the centrifugal casting method had lower surface roughness, thinner layer of a-case phase and higher castability than those by the pressure casting method.
