改良的兔晶体上皮细胞体外培养

A Developed Procedure To Culture Rabbit Lens Epithelial Cells

摘要 目的:建立一种改良的兔晶状体上皮细胞体外培养的方法,提高晶体上皮细胞原代培养的成功率。方法:利用改良消化法对兔晶体上皮细胞进原代培养,对培养的细胞进行形态学观察。结果:接种48小时~72小时后即可见上皮细胞贴壁生长,具备上皮细胞的形态特点;约7天后融合。传至5代后,细胞明显成纤维细胞化。结论:此种方法经济简便,可为各种实验提供兔晶体上皮细胞。 Objective: To establish a developed procedure to culture rabbit lens epithelial cells for increasing the success rate of its primary culture. Methods: Using the developed procedure to culture rabbit lens epithelial cells, and the cultured cells were examined morphologically. Result: Primary culture for 48 to 72 hours, the lens epithelial grew, they maintained typical epithelial morphology and reach confluence after about 7 days. After passage 5 , the morphology of cells was transformed to fibroblast apparently. Conclusion: This technique is simple and lower cost to provide rabbit lens epithelial cells for use in various experiments.
