摘要
职业道德教育是职业技术院校德育工作的重要内容。职业道德教育具有职业性,必须建立与专业教育接轨和职业要求相适应的职业道德教学资源库,以提高职业教育的针对性和有效性。以《海员职业道德》课程为例,就职业道德课程教学资源库的开发依据、开发特点等进行阐述。
Job morality education is important to take morality education in vocational and technical schools. We should establish job morality teaching resources bank which integrates the specialized education and is suitable for the job requirments because of the professional character of the job morality education. This paper takes the curriculum ＂Salors＇ Job Morality＂ for an example, explains the basis and characters of the exploration for the job morality teaching resources bank.
