摘要
以见诸报道的资料为基础,对中美纳电子技术的国家发展计划、经费支持、纳电子技术的成果、发展现状及应用等方面进行了对比;针对中美纳电子技术间存在的差距,对我国如何发展纳电子技术提出建议。
Based on the reported data, the state developing plan, finance surport, achievement ＆ development and application of nano-electronic technology of China and USA were compared, the gap and developing tactic were introduced.
