摘要
目的探讨胎儿前腹壁缺陷畸形的分类及其诊断。方法对2例产前B超发现胎儿前腹壁缺陷的胎儿进行脐血染色体分析和引产后胎儿胎盘病理解剖检查,结合文献,探讨胎儿前腹壁缺陷畸形的分类及其诊断。结果根据胎儿染色体和胎儿胎盘病理解剖检查结果,一例确诊为羊膜带综合征,另一例确诊为体蒂异常。结论胎儿胎盘病理解剖检查和胎儿染色体分析的结果是胎儿前腹壁缺陷畸形的分类及其诊断的最可靠的依据,不能仅靠产前B超检查的发现。
Objective： To explore the classification and diagnosis of fetal body wall defects, Methods ： Fetal karyotypic analysis and antopsy were done on two cases which were found body wall defects by prenatal ultrasound . Results： According to the results of karyotypic analysis and autopsy, one case was diagnosed as amniotic bands syndrome, another was diagnosed as body stalk defects, Conclusion： The classification and diagnosis of fetal body wall defects are rely on fetal karyotypic analysis and autopsy, not only on prenatal ultrasound.
