摘要
重症急性胰腺炎是涉及多个脏器的全身性疾病,常引起机体代谢改变,影响病人营养状况。从重症急性胰腺炎的病程分期、营养支持的目的、营养支持的方式及阶段性营养支持治疗方面对重症急性胰腺炎病人的阶段性营养支持治疗进展作一综述。
Severe acute pancreatitis is a systemic disease and often involved with multiple organs, which often induce the metabolic changes of the body and influence the nutritional state of patients. It reviewed the staging of course of disease, the purpose and methods of nutritional support, and the new progress on staged nutritional support for severe acute pancreatitis patients.
