摘要
综述了围手术期抗菌药物的应用现状和国内外采取的有效管理措施。强调围手术期合理使用抗菌药物,预防院内感染,防止不合理预防用药。
It reviewed both the status quo of antibiotics application in patients of peri- operative stage and effective measures being taken at home and in abroad. It emphasized that antibiotics should be used reasonably for peri- operative patients so as to prevent iatrogenic infection of them. And unreasonable preventive antibiotics should not be used for these cases.
