摘要
随着人民币升值及汇率制度改革，跨国公司汇率风险管理面临新的课题，文章概括了当前跨国公司规避汇率风险的主要手段，分析了存在的问题，从公司管理、金融服务、管理政策等方面提出相关建议。
With the appreciation of the RMB and reform of the exchange rate system, multinational enterprises face new challenges in managing exchange rate risk. This paper lists the major approaches the multinationals use to avert exchange rate risk, analyses existing problems, and puts forward suggestions in respect of corporate management, financial services and administrative policies.
