摘要
以葡萄糖、月桂醇为原料,用固体酸SO42-/TiO2作催化剂直接合成了十二烷基糖苷。通过试验,考察了原料配比、催化剂用量和反应温度等因素对产率的影响,得到了最佳反应条件:十二醇与葡萄糖的摩尔比为5.0,催化剂与葡萄糖的质量比为0.08,反应温度为120℃。
Dodecyl glucoside was prepared directly by reacting dodecanol with glucose using solid acid SO4^2-/TiO2 as catalyst.The influence factors were discussed and the optimum conditions obtained was as follows：ratio of dodecanol and glucose, 5：1 （mol/mol）;ratio of catalyst and glucose, 0.08：1（m/m）;reaction temperature, 120 ℃.
