摘要
目的：分析美洛西林所致不良反应的特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：检索1996年--2005年国内医药学期刊报道应用美洛西林所致不良反应案例，并进行统计、分析。结果：美洛西林共报道18例，所致不良反应与性别、年龄无关；临床主要表现为过敏反应和神经系统、血液系统、消化系统症状。结论：临床应重视美洛西林的不良反应。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the characteristics of mezlocillin-induced ADRs so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS：ADRs induced by mezlocillin reported in domestic medical journals from 1996- 2005 were collected and analyzed statistically.RESUL TS：The total 18 ADR cases induced by mezlocillin were independent of patient＇s sex and age, which were mainly manifested as allergic reactions, and symptoms of neural system, hematological system and digestive system.CONCLUSIONS：Attention should be paid to the ADRs induced by mezlocillin in clinic.
