摘要
以1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为扩链剂,以环氧树脂E20改性聚氨酯(PU),得到环氧树脂改性的水性PU复合乳液。研究了BDO、DMPA和环氧树脂的量对乳液性能的影响。实验结果表明:当BDO含量为10%-15%,DMPA含量为9%~10%,环氧树脂(E20)含量为4%时,得到的PU复合乳液性能较佳,用该乳液配成的胶粘剂对PP/PE复合包装膜有很好的粘结性能。
The waterborne polyurethane hybrid emulsion modified by the epoxy resin E2.0 was synthesized by using 1,4 -butanediol( BDO )and dimethylolpropionic(DMPA) as chain extender. Effects of different amount of BDO, DMPA and the epoxy resin on the properties of hybrid emulsion were studied. The experimental results showed that when the amount of BDO was 10% - 15%, the DMPA was 9% - 10% and E20 was 4%, the properties of the emulsion were perfect. And the adhesive which was made by polyurethane hybrid emulsion has better adhesive for PP/PE laminated films.
