摘要
从互联网发展面临的挑战谈起,从技术特征的角度描述了下一代互联网的发展目标,并给出了下一代互联网可能的两种演进思路。最后提出我国下一代互联网发展的策略建议。
This paper starts with the challenges of developing NGI, then figures out the goal of NGI and two thoughts of its evolution. In the last part, the paper puts forward strategic principles and measures for NGN development.
