摘要
在现行的土地利用总体规划调整方案中,为保证耕地总量动态平衡,需要对工程项目占用耕地进行补充,补充的耕地不仅在数量上要与被占用耕地相等,在质量上也要保证不降低,以保证耕地总量的动态平衡和土地资源的可持续利用。以某项工程为例,根据土地资源的特点,选取补充耕地的7个指标,应用灰色关联度分析法进行了耕地质量的评价,以确定补充耕地。
In the present overall planning and regulation scheme of land use, it is necessary to supplement arable land occupied by construction projects to ensure dynamic balance of gross arable land.The land supplemented should be equal to the land occupied both quantitively and qualitatively so as to guarantee the sustainable use of the land resource.Taking a project in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, this paper selects seven indicators of supplemented land according to the features of the land resource and evaluates the quality of the land applying the method of grey relevancy degree to determine land to be supplemented.
