低频脉冲管膨胀效率的实验研究

摘要 建立了一套低频脉冲管膨胀效率测定试验台,系统地测试了压比、频率、小孔开度与膨胀效率的关系.以空气为工质进行常温实验时,最大温降可达63.6K,此时对应绝热效率为42%.对进一步提高效率的方法作了探讨.指出脉冲管式膨胀机是一类极有应用前途的新型制冷装置. A test bench fro measuring expansion efficiency of low-frequency pulse tube has been built.The relations between the expansion efficiency and pressure ratios,frequencies,openings of orifice have been systematically studied.A maximum temperature difference of 63.6K has been achieved by using air as medium,and in theis case the adiabatic efficiency is 42%.The method for increasing efficiency has been discussed.Prdlimitary experimental results indcate that teh pulse tube expander is a kind of new refrigeration apparatus with potential use.
