摘要
阐述了高校图书馆期刊工作人性化管理的概念,从加强期刊部门自身建设和对读者满意的服务工作角度出发,提出了高校图书馆期刊工作人性化管理的具体内容。
Taking the "humanized management" in university library' s periodical work as the core, and starting from the angles of strengthening the self-construction of the periodical department and the service satisfied by the readers, this paper puts forward the concrete contents of the "humanized management" in university library' s periodical work.
