摘要
目的 了解致病性耶尔森氏菌免疫血清在体外的相互杀菌作用。方法 正常兔血清和每份免疫血清分别适当稀释菌液后培养。计算平均菌落数。结果 在正常兔血清中实验菌4—48h增殖约千倍。而鼠疫菌如株免疫血清对A2株、对假结核菌F2株、小肠结肠炎菌O:3株、271株杀菌效果非常显著。假结核菌F2株免疫血清对F2株、对O:3株、271株、对如株杀菌效果也较显著。结论 正常血清不能杀菌,鼠疫菌和假结核菌免疫血清对鼠疫菌、假结核菌、小肠结肠炎菌有相互交叉杀菌作用。
Objective To understand the reciprocation outside the body of the pathogenic Yersinia's serum. Methods Normal serum of rabbit and immunized serum were diluted and cultured,counted the overage number of colonies. Results The experimental bacilli which grew in normal rabbit's serum increased about 1 000 times after 4 to 48 h. While the killing rate of immunized serum of pestis A2 strain to A2 strain , Y. pseudotubercolosis F2 strain, Y. enterocolitica O: 3 strain,271 strain were remarkable. The immunized serum of Y. pseudotubereolosis F2 strain showed no effect to F2 strain , O: 3 strain,271 strain. Concluslons The normal serum couldnt kill bacilli,but the immunized serum of pestis and Y. pseudotubercolosis had the reciprocation to pestis,Y, pseudotubereolosis and Y. enterocolitica.
