摘要
探讨了公平理论在企业薪酬分配中的作用、影响员工感觉中薪酬公平性的管理决策因素及薪酬公平性对员工的工作态度的影响,阐述了公平的薪酬分配体系的重要性,对企业管理人员如何制定公平的薪酬分配决策提出了一些具体的建议。
This article has discussed the function of fair theory in the enterprise salary assignment, proposed several kinds management decision-making factor affecting the staff's feeling of the salary fairness, and discussed the influence of salary fairness to staff's work manner. This article also elaborated the importance of fair salary assignment system, and then put forward some concrete proposals for the business management personnel to formulate fair salary assignment.
