摘要
创业资本市场是一种高风险、信息高度不对称的资本市场,解决这一矛盾的有效途径就是分散风险。对于投资者而言,需要设计相应的风险分担机制。根据经济学的一般原理分析了设计创业投资风险分担机制的前提条件、原则与注意的问题,这对增强创业投资运行效率方面具有重要意义。
Venture capital is one kind of high risk and highly asymmetrical capital market in the information, so the effective way which solves this contradictory may be disperse the risk. For investors, it needs to design the corresponding mechanism of venture share. According to the economic general principles, we analysis the prerequisites, the principles and the attention questions of venture share in venture capital, which has the vital significance to strengthen the operating efficiency of venture capital.
