文章介绍了一种基于RS-485总线的主从分布式IPC多机通信系统,利用IPC丰富的软硬件资源和开放的控制体系,实现工业现场复杂的过程控制;并阐述了系统构成和工作原理,重点说明了RS-485与IPC的接口方法、网络通信协议,同时给出了通信程序流程图。
This article introduced a kind of IPC communication system based on RS - 485 Bus. Benefit of rich hardware and software resources of IPC, as well as its open control construction, this system can be satisfied with complex industry control environment. This article described the principle of system construction, discussed how to interface between IPC using RS - 485, introduced its network protocos as well as communication flow- chat in detail.
