摘要
科学发展观是新的历史时期党领导人民全面建设小康社会的重大战略决策,依法治国是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略,两者宏观上统一于中国特色社会主义建设的宏伟大业之中。就相互关系而言,科学发展观是依法治国价值定位的精神本原和理论前提,依法治国的价值理念为实践科学发展观提供了动力支持和现实保障,两者的良性互动是中国特色社会主义建设事业顺利进行的重要保证。
Scientific Development Philosophy is a significant strategy taken by the CPC in leading the people on the way to a well-off society while Governing a Country by Law is the basic policy in administering the country. They are jointed in the construction of a socialist country with Chinese character. The former offers the spiritual fountain and theoretical premise while the latter well serves as the sustaining drive and practical guarantee. The positive interaction between the two guarantees the advancing construction of socialist China.
