摘要
介绍了热电偶自动检定控温系统的硬件设计。根据热电偶检定炉温度控制过程的特点和要求,提出了模糊单神经元控制算法。实验结果表明:系统整体控温误差不超过±5℃,恒温时≤0.6℃/6 min,测量时≤0.2℃/min,具有较高的控制精度。
It introduced the hardware design of temperature control for the thermocouple auto-verification system. Fuzzy and the single nerve unit control scheme was applied for furnace temperature control. The experiment results show that control errors of whole process and constant temperature control process are less than 5℃and 0.6 ℃/6 min respectively, and errors are less than 0.2℃/min when it is measured. The system has high control precision.
