摘要
目的通过术前访视同时发放爱心卡减轻手术病人的恐惧心理,消除其紧张、焦虑情绪,以提高服务质量。方法术前1 d巡回护士在爱心卡上填写病人姓名,携带至病房向病人逐条讲解,解除思想顾虑。结果病人各项术前准备更完善。结论术前访视同时发放爱心卡能指导病人有针对性地做好术前准备,有效缓解其紧张、焦虑情绪。
Objective To relieve patients＇ fear and anxiety before operations and improve the quality of nursing by sending out love card for patients in pre - operational visit. Method One day before the operation, the nurses filled in the patient＇ s name in the love card and explained the items in detail for the patients to relieve their concerns. Result As a result,the various preparations were better done before operations. Conclusion Sending out the love card in the pre - operational visit could direct the patients to make preparations better before operation and relieve patients＇ anxiety effectively.
