摘要
科学技术与伦理道德都是人类社会实践活动的产物,二者相互作用,辩证统一,科技进步促进道德建设,道德建设为科技进步把握方向。在科技进步与道德建设互动系统构建及运行过程中,科普具有不可替代的作用。科普不仅可以达成公众对科学技术的理解和支持,而且可以提升全社会的道德水平,同时也为科技进步与道德建设的良性互动搭建起了一座不可或缺的桥梁。
Science and ethics are both produce of human social practices, the two affects mutually and unifies dialectically. Sciences and technical progress promote moral construction, The moral grasps the direction for the science and technical progress. In the benign interacting system of science- technical progress and moral, science popularizing has the function which cannot be substituted. Science popularizing can help publics to understand and support the science and technology, it can also promote the moral horizon of entire social. Simultaneously, science popularizing built the bridge between science-technical progress and the moral construction.
