摘要
４１例中度原发性高胆固醇血症患者每晚服舒降之５ｍｇ，疗程６周。结果显示舒降之降低血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）分别为２１．３％及３１．３％（Ｐ均＜０．００１），降ＴＣ的总有效率为９２．７％。舒降之降低甘油三酯（ＴＧ）及载脂蛋白Ｂ（ａｐｏＢ）也有较好疗效（Ｐ分别＜０．０１和＜０．００１）。其可升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）及载脂蛋白Ａ－Ｉ／ａｐｏＢ（Ｐ均＜０．００１）。疗程中患者均能耐受，未见明显不良反应。
cases of primary hypercholesterolemia in moderate degree were treated with 5 mg simvastatin QPM for 6 weeks.The results indicated that serum TC,LDL C,TG,TC/HDL C,and apo B reduced by 21.3%( P<0.001 ),31.3%( P< 0.001), 18.4%( P<0.01 ),28.85%( P<0.001 )and 22.8%( P<0.001 )respectively as compared with baseline values,but HDL C and apo A I/apo B elevated by 23.6% (P<0.001) and 26.3%( P<0.001 )respectively.Simvastatin was well tolerated and no side effects were observed.
