摘要
浆膜腔积液脱落细胞病理学诊断及鉴别诊断有较高价值。目前由于生物化学、酶学、分子生物学、染色体、基因、流式细胞仪等高新技术不断问世,一些人错误的认为,脱落细胞仅可在疾病晚期阶段才能脱落下来,故对疾病早期诊断价值不大,因此,国内许多单位检验人员及临床医生惯用高新技术和用显微镜直接分类检验,代替传统脱落细胞病理染色及分类检验方法,给临床常造成漏诊、误诊、错诊,屡见不鲜,严重危害人类健康,给病人带来极大的痛苦和灾难。我院经过数十年临床第一线的观察研究,坚持不断创新,改进了浆膜腔积液脱落细胞病理学检查方法,从标本采集、细胞浓集、涂片、染色到细胞形态结构检验诊断,总结了一套有关浆膜腔积液脱落细胞的诊断方法,由脱落细胞病理学所致的诊断符合率高达98．6％,明显优于其他方法,创国内外一流水平,使许多疾病较快的得到准确诊断和冶疗。
Objective Diagnosis and differentiation diagnosis of the pathology of chorion cavity cast cells have high clinical value. As the coming out of new technology such as biochemistry, enzymology, moleculebiology, chromosome, gene, flow cytometry and so on,there are some improper views considenng that desguamate can do little for the early diagnosis, for the cast cells only fall off in later phrase of diseases.Many leak diagnosis and error diagnosis have caused great pain and tragedy to patients because a lot of laboratory personnel and clinician nationwide consistently use new technics and directly sorting of microscope to replace the traditional staining and sorting examinination of cast cell pathology.We have ameliorated diagnosis of measures of the pathology of chorion cavity cast cell by decades of observation and investigation clinically.From sample collection, cell gathering, smears and staining morphology to diagnosis, we summed up a set of diagnosis measures of pathology of chorion cavity cast cells.The diagnosis according rate about pathology of cast cell reaches 98.6%,distinctly superior to the other measures,setting up the highest level inside and outside,lots of diseas are correctly diagnoed and treated in time.
