摘要
根据直流故障字典法的基本原理,建立了一个实验性的故障诊断装置,并用该装置成功地实现了对实际电路的硬故障诊断。该装置包含由七个程序模块组成的软件包和一个A/D转换及测量系统。针对故障字典法中存在的测点如何选择的问题,提出了一种处理办法。实践表明,在系统化算法进行大量计算的基础上,附加少量的人工干预,会大大提高故障字典的质量——缩短故障码及提高隔离率。
This papaer presents the achievement of the experimental research of fault diagnosis. An ex perimental device has been built for the hard fault diagnosis of analog circuits and has successfully applied to an actual circuit. The experimental device consists of two parts:a software pack which consists of seven program modules,a hardware system which consists of an A/D transformation and measuring system. The problem of how to select test modes for the de fault dictionary approach is also presented.Practice shows that some human interference in the systematical alogorithm of the dictionary approach can greatly improve the quality of the fault dictionary-shorten faulty codes and increase the rate of isolation.
