摘要
目的:探讨中药薰洗对糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将70例糖尿病性周围神经病变的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例,治疗组给予中药薰洗患处,每日1剂,薰洗2次,10d为1个疗程;对照组给予常规内科治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为85.71%和60.00%,经统计学处理,χ2=5.85,P<0.05,具有显著差异。结论:中药薰洗辅助治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变有显著疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： Study on the effect of chinese herbal medicine smoked wash to diabetes peripheral neuritis, Method： To patients with diabetes peripheral neuritis were divided into therapy group （n = 35） and control group at random, the therapy group accepted chinese herbal medicine smoked wash, a dose of chinese herbal medicine and two times a day, ten days was a course of treatment ; the control group were given normal medical therapy. Result：The total effetive rate in therapy group was 85.71 percent and the control group was 60.00 percent. There was remarkable difference, x^2 = 5.85, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion：The chinese herbal medicine smoked wash to treat diabetes peripheral neuritis has remarkable curative effect , it is worth to spread in clinical.
