摘要
目的总结吻合血管的阔筋膜瓣移植修复足部软组织缺损的临床应用结果。方法修复8例足部软组织缺损,阔筋膜瓣的血管蒂与受区的血管行端端吻合。结果阔筋膜瓣术后全部成活,取得了满意的临床效果。1例阔筋膜瓣术后发生远端尖部小片植皮坏死,经交换敷料逐渐自行愈合。供区没有发生明显的功能障碍。结论阔筋膜瓣以旋股外侧动脉降支为血供,血运丰富、血管解剖恒定、血管蒂长以及切取容易,而且较薄,适宜修复足部软组织缺损。
Objective To summarize clinical application of the repair soft tissue defect of the feet with the fascia latae flap by microvascular anastomoses. Methods Eight patients with soft tissue defect of the feet underwent reconstruction with the fascia latae flaps by microvascular anastomoses. The immediate coverage of the fascia latae flaps were performed by a meshed split-thickness skin graft, The thigh donor site was closed directly. The vascular pedicle of the flaps were anastomosed end-to-end to recipient site vascular. Resuits All the fascia latae flaps had survived completely without major complication and with satisfactory clinical results. One flaps developed distal tip site mionor necrosis of skin graft and the gradual wound healed by dakly wound dressings. There was no remarkable donor site morbidity. Conclusion The fascia latae flap is nourished by the desending branch of the lateral circumflex femoral artery. The flaps seem to has highly vascularize, a constant vascular anatomy and a long vascular pedicle, so that dissection of the flaps could become accomplished easly. The flap is thin and suitable for repair of soft tissue defect of the feet .
