摘要
中国的改革开放16年来,海洋经济有了飞速的发展,主要海洋产值从1986年的227亿元增加到1994的1700亿元,并对沿海地区经济及整个国民经济的发展起到了促进作用.本文借鉴国外的方法,根据我国的实际情况,从统计学角度对海洋经济对沿海地区以及整个国民经济的贡献率问题进行了探讨和研究,取得了有意义的结果.
China marine economy has been rapidly increased since the implementation of the policy of reform and opening to the outside world. The values of major ocean sectors raised from 227 billion yuan of 1986 to 1700 billion yuan of 1994. Marine economy has played an important role in the development of both coastal economy and the whole national economy. Based on China's practice and the experience of other countries,the paper,using the statistical method,explores and studies on the contribution of marine eeonomy to the coastal areas and the whole national economy.
