摘要
对贵州姜家洞不同光带内的软体动物、节肢动物和脊索动物进行了观察和采集,共获标本233号,经鉴定分类共计27种,隶属3门6纲10目18科。研究了不同光带内洞穴动物的多样性,结果表明,姜家洞有光带中群落的多样性指数、均匀度指数最低,从有光带到黑暗带呈逐渐上升趋势;有光带和黑暗带群落间的相似性指数最低,为0.362 8,而黑暗带和弱光带群落间的相似性指数最高,为0.963 1。并且对群落多样性与各项环境因子的相关性进行了分析,结果表明姜家洞不同光带中各项环境因子的差异决定了群落结构的不同,洞穴中自然环境发生变化也必然会引起其中的生物群落结构发生变化。
The authors studied Mollusca, Arthropoda and Chordata communities in Jiangjia cave of Guizhou province. 233 samples belonging to 3 phyla 6 classes 10 orders 18 families were collected. Through research of the diversity and similarity of animal communities in different ray zones, we found that the lowest index of diversity was community A and it showed a gradual upward trend from bright belt to dark belt. The similarity index between community A and community C (0. 3628) was the lowest ; the highest was between community B and community C (0. 9631 ). We analyzed the relevance of diversity of communities and environmental factors. The results indicated that environmental factors determined the differences in the structure of the different communities.
