摘要
简述利用拉矫机实施静态轻压下技术及其关键工艺参数,以及压下位置的确定和压下量的控制方法。试验和生产应用表明,静态轻压下技术在高碳连铸方坯生产中应用,可降低铸坯中心碳偏析,改善铸坯中心疏松状况。
This article briefly introduces the static soft reduction technology using straightening machine and its key technological parameters. The determination of screwdown position and control measure of soft reduction amount are also given. Both experiments and production practice have showed that the application of static soft reduction technology can decrease carbon segregation and improve looseness state in billet central area.
