摘要
农村公共品供给不足是影响城乡和谐发展的一个重要因素。当前农村公共产品供给不足,突出表现在农村基础设施建设滞后、农村义务教育投入不足以及农村可持续发展等几个问题上。本文认为,只有通过改革和完善现行的农村公共品供给体制,统筹城乡公共品供给,才能从根本上解决农村公共品供给不足问题。
The shortage of public construction in rural areas is an important factor to affect the harmonious development between urban and rural areas. This shortage includes： the lag-behind of the public fundamental construction, the insufficient of investment in compulsory education and the ignorance of sustainable development. This paper puts forward the suggestion： to solve the problem we must reform and perfect the current rural system of supply and provide cities, as well as rural parts , the same public construction.
